What is included in the price?

Here is what you will get with a guiding session :
- Pick up from your accomodation and back
- Board rental (if you are traveling without your board)
- Water and snacks to fuel your session
- Guiding to the best spot
- Videos of your waves sent in 2-5 days
- Tips throughout the session
- All your surf essentials (sunscreen, wax, fin key, changing mat, ...)

What is not included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Wetsuits are not included for sanitary reasons. If you are traveling without a wetsuit, they are plenty of cheap rental options along the coast.

Question 3

Will I be alone or in a group?

Accepted Answer

I take a maximum of 2 guests per session. I want to make sure you will catch as many waves as possible. And in my experience, this number starts decreasing once they are 3 surfers or more on a peak.

Question 4

Do I need a car?

Accepted Answer

You do not need a car and you do not need to be staying on the coast. I will come pick you up at your place and drive you to the nearest uncrowded spot.

Question 5

How long is the guiding?

Accepted Answer

Pick up is usually before dawn and drop off around midday. This can vary with seasons, pick-up location, tides and swell readings on the buoys. The exact times will be communicated a few days before your session.

Question 6

How much will I be surfing?

Accepted Answer

Anywhere from 1.5 to 3+ hours. It could be divided into two short sessions, or just one big session. As long as they are waves where we are at, you will be surfing!

Question 7

How easy is it getting to the waves?

Accepted Answer

Uncrowded waves require a bit more work to get to. The walk from the car to the spot can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes. Trust me, you will quickly forget about it when facing completely empty waves.
